Creativity as Commitment and Encounter
Creativity is the process of bringing something new into being. It is not a hobby but demands skill and commitment. It is not passive but active. It is an encounter with ourselves, our culture, our world. As our encounter deepens so does our creativity. Insight occurs through indwelling. (p. 1)
